The bottle has a black collar and domed silver stopper. A wonderful example of the whimsical mechanical charms popular during the 1940s and 1950s. The mechanism functions properly and the charm remains in very nice vintage condition. This charm was obtain from an estate auction in suburban Philadelphia.
