Good condition considering the age. It has some dust and scratches and it is missing one rhinestone. It can use some cleaning but it’s still a special piece and still wearable as is in my opinion. Inside it a photo of a young American troop (WWII era). Possibly a bugler/trumpeter. Measures approx. 1.75” long not including the ornamental top.
