Neiger brother’s Czech 1930s pendant blue satin glass stone pendant. There is a separate loop at the top in the shape of a flower. The Neiger brothers—Max and Norbert—were visionary Jewish Czechoslovakian jewelers who operated out of Gablonz, Czechoslovakia.
