This heavy, 24K gold-plated brass piece was officially minted by the museum to commemorate the historic 1976 "Treasures of Tutankhamun" exhibition, replicating an ancient Dynasty 25 Kushite amulet of the ram god Amun-Ra topped with a protective cobra (uraeus).Crisply stamped "MMA 1976" on the interior side profile. Retains its original minimalist black satin neck cord with adjustable slider knot.
