Acquired from the estate of a fine jewelry and art collector, this handcrafted tribal neck ring features a twisted rope of silver wire that forms a chunky, hollow tube. The sides are fused, hammered flat, and gently curled at the ends. Work of this style is attributed to Hill Tribe—a collective term for indigenous and ethnic minority groups living in the mountainous highlands of Southeast Asia. 74 grams. The small size lays fitted to the neck and is best suited for women’s extra-small to small. 4.25” interior diameter. 0.5” thickness. 1.75” opening with some flexibility. Good pre-owned condition with natural patina and surface wear commensurate with age.
