Lovely little 12K gold filled children's bangle that has a unique stretch expansion feature to aid in taking it off and on. I tried to show this in the pics.. Center heart is inlaid with genuine mother of pearl and there is a dainty blue stone in the center- untested, probably just a rhinestone.
